If you find yourself driving along U.S. Highway 95 in Amargosa Valley, between Beatty and Vegas, you will most probably stumble upon the Area 51 Alien Center. With it's huge alien themed billboards and brightly painted building it is certainly not hard to miss, luring you in like a UFO would with it's tractor beam!
Not only can you fuel up at the truck stop or grab some food from their restaurant here, but their gift shop has a plethora of alien themed souvenir's. Socks, t-shirts, snacks, stickers and magnets are just a few of the things you will find, even bottled sand from the confines of Area 51!
On further exploring the grounds we certainly had a surprise waiting for us. Situated next door is also the Alien Cathouse. This Sci-Fi themed brothel states that their girls are "Out of this World!", and has a whole back story of how the Cosmic Kittens from the Planet Venus 69 crash landed to Earth. We didn't hang around too long just in case we got offered an anal probe.
